Full Description

Specifies the procedures to be followed in preparing and maintaining a register of graphic subrepertoires and in assigning numeric identifiers to each subrepertoire. The purpose of the register is to promote compatibility to international information interchange and to avoid duplication of effort in developing graphic character subrepertoires.
