Specifies a method for determining the tension set characteristics of vulcanized or thermoplastic rubbers. Apparatus, dimensions, preparation, conditioning, marking, and time-interval between vulcanization and testing of test pieces, procedure, strain, duration of test and temperature, expression of results and test report are laid down.
