Specifies the method for determining the aggregate crushing value by tamping a measured mass of sieved material (14 mm nominal size) in a standard cylinder, crushing with a plunger and determining the mass passing a 2.36 mm sieve. Material of other nominal sizes may be used but the result may not be comparable. See more
